The children of today are getting up to become adult citizens tomorrow. The development is similar to our country, indicated by the integrity of the current schooling system. A school must facilitate interest in the young, impressionable senses and ready them with equipment to become better humans.

It is largely accepted that the knowledge procedure is instrumental in forming one's personality and the way he/she deals with circumstances of life. The change of impression from bookish knowledge to knowledge of life, in schools has brought forth a sea of difference. People have heated up to the thoughts of education exists the key to a well-rounded improvement rather than almost a means to acquire grades and financial achievements in life. Schooling must promote the cultivation of a decent thought procedure and train our mental capacities. In the current active world education is the main necessity for humans after food clothing and shelter.

A progressing country like India needs more skilled people to keep pace with the technological advancements being made in today's world. However a country of more than one billion population has only one third of its people who can read or write. Poor social economic background shortage of infrastructure lack of good teachers and less awareness among people are major causative factor behind the illiteracy rate in the country.

While the government has already rolled out several campaigns to increase awareness around the importance of education, NGO's has come forward in support Shraddha Seva Sanstha an NGO operating in Burari (Delhi) has started a new initiative to encourage school dropout children to pursue their education. Under their Padhe Aur Padhaye initiative we are approaching economically weaker families to send their children to Shraddha Seva Sanstha. The NGO Shraddha Seva Sanstha own Centre has facilities for teaching at least 50 children and making them capable of better career opportunities.
