Education is both that means as well as the end to a better life:- The means because it empower and individual to earn his/her livelihood and the end because it increases once awareness on a range of issue from health care to appropriate social behaviour to under standing one's rights and in the process help him/her evolve as better citizen.

Doubtless, education is the most powerful catalyst for social transformation. But child education cannot be done in isolation. A child will go to school only if the family particularly the mother is assured of health care and empowered. Moreover when an elderly sibling is relevantly skilled to be employable and being earning the journey of empowerment continues beyond the present generation. Shraddha focuses on the empowerment of women and girl because they are disproportionately affected by poverty and discrimination and suffer abuse and violations in the realization of their rights, entitlements and access and control over resources. Also experience show that when equipped with the proper resources, women have the power to help whole families and entire communities overcome poverty, marginalization and social injustice. 

ENPOWERED GIRLS THROUGH EDUCATION

Shraddha girls education programme (SGEP) focuses on improving the condition by which girls especially those in the marginalized communities can access quality education. Education is important tool that enables women and girls to participate in decisions that affect their lives and in improving these social statuses.

We hear and read a lot about women empowerment in debates, articles speeches etc. however Shraddha Burari Delhi is one such powerful organization that stands high in working towards it. They focus on women and girls because they are disproportionately affected by poverty and discrimination and suffer abuse and violation in the realization of their right entitlement access and control over resources.
